A report by Mail Sport suggests the club would demand an offer in excess of £100m before they even consider an approach. That was the figure they commanded from Manchester City for Jack Grealish in the summer of 2021.

Rogers has played in Europe, logged double figures for goals and assists last term, and at just 22-years-old, is four years younger than Grealish was when he left Villa Park. The youngster is under contract until 2030, he is currently earning £75,000 per week.
